Terms, Waiver & Release Agreement
Please Read Carefully
By participating in DearmouringArts programs, workshops, retreats, and training, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that my participation in DearmouringArts programs is entirely voluntary. I am free to pause, modify, or stop my participation at any time.
2. Physical & Emotional Nature of Work
I acknowledge that the work offered by DearmouringArts may involve physical touch, breathwork, emotional release, and somatic practices. I understand that this work is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, or professional mental health services.
3. Personal Responsibility
I take full responsibility for my own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the program. I agree to communicate clearly with facilitators about my boundaries, needs, and any discomfort I may experience.
4. Health Disclosure
I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant health conditions, injuries, or circumstances that may affect my participation. I understand that facilitators are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions.
5. Release of Liability
I release DearmouringArts, its founders, facilitators, instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or claims arising from my participation in any program or activity.
6. Confidentiality
I agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants and their personal experiences shared during the program.
7. Media Consent
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during programs for educational and promotional purposes. I will inform facilitators if I do not wish to be photographed.
