Dearmouring Arts · Practitioner Training
You’ve done the work.
Now come home
to your own depth.
Learn the art of somatic, emotional, energetic and sexual integration — in your own body, and in the way you hold others.
26 March – 4 April 2027 · Stockholm, Sweden
You may recognise yourself here
You’re someone
who has done
extraordinary work.
Perhaps through breathwork, tantra, psychotherapy, yoga or bodywork. You have explored, studied, practised. You may already hold others with skill and care.
People trust you. And yet, when it comes to trusting your own perception — your depth, your authority — something still hesitates.
You can understand a pattern and still feel it take over. You can know what is happening and still find yourself holding back.
There is a gap between what you understand, and what your body fully trusts.
Real practice. Real people. Space to meet what is here.
In the room with another person
The session went well.
And still, you felt it.
Somewhere in the middle, the person in front of you touched something you had not fully met in yourself. Your body contracted. Your clarity got quieter.
You sensed there was more to follow. But you pulled back — into what was familiar, into what you already knew how to do.
Afterwards, a question stayed with you.
What would my work look like
if I fully trusted myself?
A different starting point
There is a layer you cannot
think your way into.
Understanding matters. But some things need to be met through direct experience — with attention, precision and enough support to stay present.
What is calling you forward?
More than another
breakthrough.
More aliveness.
Perhaps you have spent years making sense of your history. Now you want to feel what is possible beyond it: more presence, more connection, more freedom to be yourself.
That includes the parts of life that are so often kept separate — your body, your emotions, your sexuality, your relationships.
Here, they belong in the same conversation.
The Dearmouring Arts approach
The whole person.
Held together.
Dearmouring Arts brings bodywork, emotional exploration, sexual integration and self-mastery into one learning process. Your own experience and your development as a practitioner inform each other.
01 / The body
Listen beneath
the story.
Explore touch, breath, tension and sensation. Learn to pay attention to the person in front of you, beyond a fixed sequence.
02 / Emotion
Stay present
with what arises.
Notice your own responses as you practise accompanying another person through their experience.
03 / Sexuality
Include what is
often left out.
Explore sexuality as part of the whole person, with attention to consent, boundaries and the therapeutic intention of the work.
04 / Integration
Bring the work
into your life.
Continue learning through practice, feedback and reflection, beyond the intensity of the immersion.
The invitation is to bring more of yourself into the room — and develop the discernment to meet others there.
Who it’s for
If you already work
with others professionally…
For Your Own Transformation
You are not here to practise on others. You are here for your own aliveness.
They understand everything. And still nothing moves.
“Most undogmatic space I’ve ever been in. Which supported me in learning to trust myself more deeply.”

What you will practise
Depth you can
bring into your work.
For people working with others through coaching, therapy, breathwork, tantra, yoga or bodywork — and those exploring their next step.
Bodywork & touch
Develop your attention to the body’s responses. Explore pressure points alongside an individual, whole-person approach.
Emotion & presence
Explore how to remain attentive when strong feelings arise, including what is happening in you as the practitioner.
Consent & boundaries
Bring autonomy and communication into the centre of the work. Make space for limits and individual pace.
Sexual integration
Understand the place of sexuality within this approach and explore the work within a clear therapeutic intention.
Self-mastery
Meet your own patterns and responses through personal practice, reflection and feedback.
Professional practice
Deepen your ability to read the individual rather than follow a map, with practice cases and session feedback.
The learning journey
Ten days in the room.
Space to integrate beyond it.
Before you arrive
Begin the preparation.
15 self-study modules, a training manual and reference materials introduce the foundations and remain available to return to.
26 March – 4 April 2027
Enter the immersion.
Ten days of in-person learning at Bjornbacka Retreat Center, Stockholm. Practise with an experienced support team. Vegetarian food and accommodation are included.
After the immersion
Let it become yours.
Continue with integration group calls, session feedback, community and peer support. Bring your questions from practice back into the learning.
Completion & continued learning
Carry the work forward.
Certification follows completion of the required practice cases. Your access to the online study library continues for life.
Meet the founder
Susanna
Beatrice.
Nearly 30 years working at the intersection of the body, sexuality and the layers of human armouring.
Before founding Dearmouring Arts, Susanna had already spent years exploring different approaches. Her encounter with dearmouring became a turning point — and the beginning of a body of work she has continued to develop through practice.
Her teaching brings directness and compassion into the same room.
“What she brings into the room is not a method she has studied. It is a path she has lived.”
From Susanna’s story
The people around you
You are accompanied
through the learning.
Susanna works alongside an experienced assistant team, including Hajnalka Makk and Peter Forsberg. Group processes, support during the immersion and feedback afterwards are part of the container.
Maybe you’re wondering
“Am I ready enough?”
You may have experience and still have questions. About your own history. About the depth of the work. About whether this is the right time.
Those questions deserve a real conversation. The application is an opportunity to explore your background, expectations and fit — before you decide.
You can be curious
and still take your time.
Throughout the process, your autonomy matters. The invitation is to meet yourself honestly, with room for your own boundaries and truth.

A little more clarity
Your questions,
welcome here.
Do I need to be an established practitioner?
The training speaks to people with backgrounds in bodywork, therapy, coaching and related practices. If you are unsure whether your experience is the right fit, discuss it with the team during the application process.
Is this a sexuality or pleasure training?
The school describes the intention of this training as therapeutic. Sexuality is included within the wider approach to the person; pleasure and arousal are not presented as the central goals. Ask the team about specific practices and boundaries before joining.
What support is available during the immersion?
An experienced assistant team supports the group during the ten days. Daily group processes and support between sessions are part of the training. You can discuss your individual support needs with the team in advance.
How does certification work?
Certification follows completion of the required practice cases. Ask the team for the current assessment requirements and how the training relates to your existing professional practice.
Can I ask questions before applying?
Yes. Email info@dearmouringarts.com to request a free clarity call about the training, your background and any questions you would like to explore.
Your next step
You don’t have to know
everything.
Begin with a conversation.
If something here feels familiar, bring your questions. Explore whether this is the right training, the right support and the right moment for you.
